I trade in my Samsung S20 device for Zflip.I return the phone .Battery kept dying.So i rang Trade in team for my trade mobile back and got reply that your S20 has been sold and you will get Market value £350 in August 2021 and till today awaiting on cash for it.
I rang customer service and have emailed CE0 of samsung but no response.
Being samsung customer more then5 year I get no response and my anxiety stress and frustration is unacceptable 😒
