I am getting this notification this device will be locked in 24 hours as it has been reported lost, stolen or undelivered by the purchaser. You should contact seller to resolve this matter.

Its the one i used, and as per samsung response it is the correct email, hope u all got it sorted

Has anyone had a resolution? I'm still receiving the message and worried that my phone is going to lock at midnight, 24 hours after it was sent.

I spoke to Samsung and they told me not to worry.

I rang Samsung yesterday but the soft reset didn't work for me. Message is still on fone and its not blocked after the 24hrs. Lady I spoke to did say to me it wudnt b blocked.
