Themes App Stopped

I bought a new S20 FE and I am trying to change my ringtone but each time I try it says Themes app is stopped! What can I do?

Locate the Themes app in settings - apps , press it, app info, storage and clear cache on the lower right corner.
Give that a go and let us know if it worked.

I restarted phone and eventually it worked but not sure why.
