I found this thread while searching for a solution. This update is incredibly annoying! I hate the 'feature' every time I try to copy/paste something 😒
Per someone else's comment. I was able to get the Microsoft 365 thing to go away by removing the app.
I got "bing search" to go away by removing the Outlook app. Which I never used.
I just found an app named 'notebook' which I NEVER used. And by removing it I was able to get rid of the 'add to notebook' option.

This only happens when you combine Microsoft Apps + One UI so clearly it's a partnership deal between Microsoft and Samsung to market their own apps. These "suggestions" should be called "ads and marketing". I just want to copy and paste a text, Samsung has to stop making this so hard to do.

With Polish language in Android too long context menu texts block this menu in horizontal orientation.
The options
Search in Edge / Search in Bing translates to Wyszukaj w przeglądarce Microsoft Edge"
Microsoft 365 Note translates to Notatka dotycząca platformy Microsoft 365
These lengthy entries have longer that allowed max text
size in one line cause a significant problem:
when you select text, the context menu fails to appear at all,
misleading users into thinking that the copy-paste functionality is broken.
To access the standard options like copy and paste,
user need to switch their phone to the horizontal orientation.
In this mode, the extended context menu reveals these overly
long text entries. Only after pressing the "..." button does
the familiar copy/paste functionality become accessible again.
This situation adds unnecessary steps and confusion,
significantly impacting the user experience.
I have checked it on both S10 with OneUI5.1 and S22 Ultra with OneUI6.0
Solutions:
On S22 Ultra:
Removing Microsoft Edge removed Search in Edge option.
Microsoft 365 Note is connected to Onenote which is used.
On S10:
Removing Microsoft 365 remove Microsoft 365 Notefrom context menu,
Removing never used Outlook removed Search in Bing

I've been searching for a solution to this for as long as OP, for my 3 devices. This is frustrating. Something so unbelievably simple! What are you doing Samsung?!

Yes this is frustrating but I think it is Android/Chrome instigated., not just Samsung. Uninstalling Office 365 improves the menu by removing that option.

This is yet another stupid decision by execs that have very little clue of what the end user wants. Nor do they care. It's all about profits. F everyone else.
Adding an extra click to get to the primary functions that majority want & use is very frustrating 🤬

Bumping, Samsung fix this, it's ridiculous. The add event feature is annoying too.
