@Fatboyting Hello, access Secure Folder / the three points right / Applications and search for Google Voice Services. Clear cache and Data.
The same if you have it installed. Uninstall it and reinstall it. Greetings.

I have the exact same issue as @Fatboyting Google Speech Services update stuck at 50% in download state on my S9. I have deleted the cache and data and tired force stop through apps - seems I cannot disable entirely or uninstall - this clears the download but it starts again after a while and returns to the same stuck state. Any ideas?
