Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

kindly update the Android System WebView app to the latest via Google Play Store

then turn off and on the device

I had the same problem. Google have updated their web sevice.. you need to search online for recent crashes. there's a post from yesterday about it..
If you uninstall the web settings (?) app things will be back to normal.

if the update won't work, try removing the update instead,

• search Android System WebView in Play Store
• tap Uninstall
• tap 3 dots
• uncheck "enable auto update"
• restart the device

I'm having the same problem as well

My apps keep shutting down soon after i open / tap them, especially the outlook app. This is on samsung s21 plus. I have tried reloading the apps without success. Any ideas ?
