Some apps repond late

I have a Samsung Galaxy A12. Mobile Banking APPs take about 5 second s to open.  Any idea why please?

The A12 is a budget device, which means there are some performance compromises to be made to get it to its low price, such as a slower processor. The banking app might not be optimised for such devices.
