Hey can anyone help me, my phone has full bars and days 02-uk at the top, but i have no signal! I cant send or recieve texts or calls amd my data doesn't work. Ive tried restarting the whole phone and even tried my sim in another phone but still no luck. Ive looked at the service checkers around my area and it seems it is all fine. Im at a loss

Has the sim been activated on O2 side ? Which phone are you using ?

I think this is an issue with O2
I get this in any phone I try
For Instance I will have full signal and 5G showing. But I won't have any internet
Think sometimes the O2 network gets easily overwhelmed

You could try . Resetting your network settings.
Also if that doesn't work make sure you got the right APN settings for O2.

I just want to say and add I've had much experience on all the network providers in the UK and I've found O2 to be the worst of the lot. Extremely long wait times, unable to understand scenarios (especially if complex). I remember having a SIM that didn't work and all the agents insisted on me telling the security code that's been sent to the NONE WORKING SIM lol. If you're on a contract then jump ship when it ends.
