Why do some apps randomly get their content hidden on the lock screen and it can't be turned off? This has been happening often over the last few months. So annoying.

On the main Discord notification screen, check if you have inadvertently selected Hide content option in Lock screen notifications. If you select Show content at the top level, then that option will also be available for the Notification categories.
