@Hayley 3: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device you're using? In the meantime, please try heading to the Gallery app > Select the Albums tab > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Hide or unhide albums, and check here to see if the images have found their way here. If not, close the Gallery, then swipe up from your Home Screen > Select the Samsung folder > My Files > Images, and check to see if the photos are intact in this location. It is also worth checking the Google folder > Photos, as the images may have automatically been backed up here.
