Just Boughton s22 ultra and when sending videos via WhatsApp the quality is very poor! Had same issue with oppo 5g pro and sent back and got this and now same issue!
Unfortunately WhatsApp do compress photos and videos I find certain formats get more compressed than others. You can try videos at a lower frame rate If you go into settings and data/storage You have a media quality setting
I think this will be WhatsApp upload quality. You can change the photo upload quality between Auto Best and Data Saver, I suspect this also affects video as well. Either way, it's definitely not the phones fault
