I have an S23 Ultra, and had to give it back for an exchange. I had a few items in the secure folder, and I backed up on Samsung Cloud temp storage (30 day backup).
Now I have my replacement device, I have restored from the back up and everything except the secure folder is restored. On the Cloud app I can see that there is data backed up for the Secure Folder (around 1gb). When I go to restore it, it even says restore successful. But when I go to the secure folder theres nothing there.
I've tried restoring from a backup in the Secure Folder app, but it shows no backups available.
Any suggestions?

May be my question will not be a help , but I've the same case almost , would you let me know how I can check the secure folder backup size over the samsung account ? Please send me which link or page to check it.
