Secuirity Patches Issue

After Giving Factory Reset to my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (UAE, Exynos Version) in Last April 2020, I didn't get any security patches updates yet for the last 6 months. Every time i search for manual updates from settings it says "the device is already updated to the latest version". But my last security patches is 1 April 2020 (N960FXXU5DTC9) whether the latest patches is of September. I tried also in Smart Switch. But it says same there. 

I gave factory reset today 10-10-2020 & tried for updates but i found no solution.

kindly help me how can i get updates OTA

Hey @Debashish, have you tried getting in touch with Samsung Support Bangladesh about this? If you connect your phone with a USB cable to a PC or laptop with Smart Switch downloaded on it; if there is any more recent version available, the phone will be prompted to update automatically.
