Hi I'm having a problem once I screenshot I can not edit or share it says cannot format I have tried changing between PNG and JPG on my Galaxy A53 5G

Try going in to Settings > Apps > Show System Apps then navigate to Samsung Capture and clear data and cache, hopefully that solves it

Unfortunately I think only a factory reset will resolve the issue, I'm not aware of any other fix

@Topboy: After capturing a screenshot, please head to the Gallery app > Albums > Screenshots > Select the relevant screenshot by tapping on it, then hit the pencil symbol at the bottom of the screen to enter the editing suite. Are you able to edit the screenshot from here? Furthermore, if you hit the share button next to the pencil (edit) button, are you able to share the screenshot as an image or web link?
