Screen time week on week tracking hopelessly wrong!

Every week my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G gives me a little message telling me how my screen time compares to the previous week - but it's total nonsense!

As you can see in the screenshots, the average daily screen time it's reporting has gone down each of the last two weeks, but then immediately under that it says it's about a 7 hour increase compared to the previous week!

Anyone have any idea what's going on here or how I could resolve it?

First, Samsung faked me out with this report, then (see next post with second attachment)

The joke's on me. No judgement on anyone else but I don't want to be on these sites this long, I enjoy my rest.

I have tried to stop the apps from running in the background but that action doesn't stick.

SAMSUNG, how can we suppress these apps from reporting how long they are awake, running in the background, incorrectly reflecting our app usage?
