I am trying to use this feature to take a video recording of an on-screen sequence. When I talk the App I get the attached message. I have tried all permutations I can think of, nothing works.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Try going settings
Apps
Samsung Screen Capture
Scroll down
And check
Always on top is on
