It used to work when I had the Phone new.
I uninstalled Samsung Notes at some point, because I don't use it.
Now to reuse this feature I:
- reinstalled Samsung Notes
- enabled Screen-Off Memo in the Samsung Notes Settings
- enabled Notifications for Samsung Notes (it was also asking for that)
- have no Device connected with Dex Mode
- do not have it under sleeping apps (also looks like I can't even add it there)
- I did install Good Lock and some apps which might affect that feature?
