Screen Lock/password

I forgot my screen lock password for my J7 Crown. I absolutely can't reset this phone. I can't unlock it with my S21 fe5g. I don't know how. Can any one help or have advice. I've been looking up phone prompts. Idk 🤷‍♀️ 😖😭
