Guy's Is this email I received genuine?

Samsung Trade In / MTR Group stating my Trade in phone has screen burn and I need to make a payment to complete the order?

Anyone else get this?

Seems genuine just wondering 🤔

Same here, the image I was sent shows a blob of 1/2 failed pixels (not there beforehand) and they want £75 . NOT IMPRESSED, will have to check and see if I have any screen shots prior to the trade in as the phone was in a case and looked after from day one.
