Guy's Is this email I received genuine?

Samsung Trade In / MTR Group stating my Trade in phone has screen burn and I need to make a payment to complete the order?

Anyone else get this?

Seems genuine just wondering 🤔

I had this when I traded in my S9 and as soon as I paid it, I had a notification saying trade in complete, so yes unfortunately it's real

Has anyone actually had a trade-in where they didn't find a fault which required a payment ?!

I was wondering that as well, offered a good trade in rate which is then reduced with nothing you can do about it!

How long after receiving the email 'we have received your trade in' did it take samsung to contact you saying it had a fault?

Sorry, traded my S20 Ultra for 22 Ultra, was on the upgrade program but between Samsung and Klarna it was a absolute S show! So just kept the 20 to this year and traded it
