Samsung S8+ Device Care

I purchased a new Samsung S8+ a few days ago.  Everything works in the device care app apart from the security part, it's permanently disabled.  If I try to activate it it says there's an error and closes the app.  I've tried everything to reactivate it but nothing seems to work.

Try wiping the cache and clearing the data via settings. That should fix the issue. If it doesn't then boot your phone on safe mode and scroll down to rebuild apps.
