@czub89: To be eligible for the promotion you need to be a UK or ROI resident and made your purchase from a participating retailer between 01/10/2022 - 31/01/2023. If you meet the above criteria then I recommend heading to the claim site using the Chrome app on your S21 FE, making sure to sign into the site using the same Samsung account that is registered to the phone.
