Hi. I have had a software update and since then when people call me their phone ring once and no more ring tone is heard. My phone is ringing but when I pick up I can hear them saying hello but they cannot hear me. This happens 9 out of 10 times from various landlines or mobiles. I have done every kind of reset under the sun possible.
