Samsung Rewards

Hi, does anybody here know how to use your Samsung reward points. I have points ready to use but I cannot find any way of using them. I have tried going all the way to check out and I can't find the option to use my points. I've tried looking on the Samsung FAQ and it hasn't cleared it up for me.

unfortunately not. I can't find anything that clears it up. the FAQs make it seem simple but my points don't show up anywhere when I go to make a purchase. if you find anything let me know.

I will do, I've been looking for about a week and no joy, I think they are fake 😁

At this point it wouldn't surprise me. I can view my points and it takes me to the Samsung store to use them but then they don't show up on checkout.
