On the 7th June I earned 30,000 rewards points. Yesterday (July 31st) I was looking for what to use them on then today suddenly/very coincidently the 30,000 points have been deducted, anyone know what's going on here? Less than 2 months seems like quite a short time

It was a promotion which ended at the end of July. I managed to grab a band for my watch4 for the points few days ago. Sad to hear that it expired though

I've spent £3500 in the last year with Samsung UK and my rewards points when I get them disappear. I've spent over 1 hour trying to speak to someone but to no avail. I actually think Samsung are misrepresenting a service that doesn't exist. The same goes with all thier programs that aren't POS. The boost program is another misrepresentation. You have to be very tech savy to get anything out of Samsungs programs. I will probably take this up with consumer magazine Which. Samsung are ripping us off.
