Samsung pay+ sign up (already on curve )

Hi all! 

I'm already using curve card and is hoping to register pay+ with my existing card.. But there isn't an option for it.

It's asking me to sign up which didn't work because it says my number is already in use (duh)

Anyway to bypass this?

Hi I had this exact same issue ( took about 8 months to resolve) but got there in the end. I had to speak to curve customer service to cancel my current account. Once my account had been deleted I was then able to re register for Samsung pay plus. Hope it helps

I made several attempts contacting customer service on this. After 3 months they sorted it

I contacted both. More than 1 email. I think it was eventually Curve that sorted it.
