Samsung Pay pin

I didn't set up a Samsung Pay pin, nor have I been sent one. I have searched for information on this and everything suggests that I reset the app. The trouble is that it is asking for the pin to do so. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you have set a start-up pin number, try that. That is the pin number you use after powering on your phone.

Thanks, I already tried that but it doesn't work.

Only thing I can suggest is to delete the app from your phone, restart it, reinstall the app, and setup a pin during the reinstall.
