samsung pay on note 9 2020

Hi, it is supported. do you have the most up-to-date app? You could always use Google Pay instead.

also check where you got your phone from.. I've had issues in the UK using devices from UAE which didn't support Samsung Pay (could not register my payment cards).

probably thats the problem because I bought the phone from Europe
