Samsung pay not working

I cannot registered the samsung wallet app. It stuck at this fingerprint page. I don't even have fingerprint. I deleted all if them. I cleared cache as well.

Today I tried to make payment at pos machine, but I cannot use fingerprint or pin to any of my cards. The button is gray so I decided to log out and sign in.

Google pay works fine.


I tried to clear biometric cache as well and log out samsung account and restart my phone but still not working. 

App is up to date and phone is running oneui5 android 13.

Don't know if I'm the only one have this issue.

Hi @mzx, it sounds like you've tried all the steps I'd recommend, so it would be best to submit an Error report to allow our Software Team to look into this further for you. To do this:

  1. Head to the Support section of the Members app.
  2. Error reports.
  3. Select your symptom.
  4. Include a detailed description along with those screenshots (you can attach them by tapping the paper clip icon at the top right).
  5. Ensure 'Send system log data' is ticked.
  6. Send.
  7. Keep the Members app open in the background whilst your logs are being generated.

It's best to submit your report within 5-10 minutes of experiencing the issue to ensure your logs are able to capture this. Your report will be reviewed and you'll receive a response with a solution via the Members app.

Did anyone come back with a fix for this mzx? I have a similar issue but the app won't load/reinstall post the latest update
