The Samsung store is offering 5% cashback on purchases with the Samsung Pay card. I've bought a vacuum for £500, but there's nowhere I can find to claim the cashback. Any ideas? Thanks

@montmorency: The cashback may be applied to your Samsung Pay Card automatically following the delivery of your device, however I'd recommend reaching out to our Shop Team on 0330 726 7467 for further clarification on this. Apologies for any confusion surrounding this matter.

thanks for getting back to me, but I tried that number, after waiting 20 mins someone answered and said her would have to put me through to the Samsung Pay team. after a further 30 mins waiting, someone answered, and then hung up. if the cashback had been applied to my card, where can I see that?
