Hello,

I'm trying to activate the new Samsung pay card on my Samsung pay but it get these two messages when I try:

 

"Sorry we can't offer you the Samsung Pay Card at the moment " or 

"Connection error - Failed to connect to the Server. Try again later"

 

It's two days that I'm trying, is there any solution?

 

I use note 10 5g with Vodafone.

I had the exact same problem. I have a note 10 plus 5g on O2

Im Im having the same issue here, just downloaded the app on my S9

after deleting it since it doesn't support Lloyd cards, thought that the new Pay Card would allow me use the app again but i got the same message as OP

Possibly Samsung Pay will be updated to Samsung Pay Card soon or a separate app released??

Just rang customer service, they have an issue with the app, it should be resolved by tomorrow.

Guys if you still have this issue go to your Samsung account from your phone, edit your profile and enter your date of birth. I will fix the issue, I've just discovered it

mine worked after a few tries, it took about 4 goes to work

I still have "Connection error - Failed to connect to the Server. Try again later" on both a Note 20 Ultra and a Note 9, tried EVERYTHING, even braved the enthusiastic but ultimately unknowledgeable Twitter people!

Same thing with me on my S10+. Getting the "Connection error Failed to connect to server. Try again later" repeatedly on wifi and mobile data
