Samsung pay app not available on my gear see frontier

I recently bought Samsung gear s3 frontier fro Amazon, but I didn't find Samsung pay app in my watch.

I am using OnePlus6 mobile.

I'm in the same predicament, any comment from Samsung would be appreciated.
