No idea mate I just buy today phone. I tried conect samsung pass password go tru fingerprint no working. For unlock phone everything OK with fingerprint.

@RamRam10: What happens when you attempt to register your fingerprint? Do you get an error message, or is it unresponsive? Can you try following the steps provided in the link below to see if you have any further success?
