I just recently had to upgrade phones for the big 5G switch, I have the A32 and was having problems registering my fingerprint to Samsung Pass. After many failed attempts I read through some of the comments and finally found one suggestion that helped.
- First delete all fingerprints that have been saved.
- Turn OFF Wi-Fi
- Register fingerprint
This solved my issue of fingerprint not being able to register and now Samsung Pass works perfectly! I hope this helps anyone having an issue not related to screen protectors.
