I finally got my Note 20 Ultra replacement today! Could you tell me why my notes haven't transferred?

Try creating a new note. I had issues syncing my notes from my Tab S7+ to my Z Fold 3 and spent about an hour figuring why my notes weren't syncing and then I finally tried creating a new note on the Z Fold and voila, my notes had finally synced.
