Samsung Notes for Windows 10

Hi folks, I use Samsung Notes on my S22+ (and previous Samsung phones) and edit the Notes on my PC, (a Dell Workstation). This has worked well until recent weeks. 

The last update on Samsung Notes on the PC version to v4.3.181.0 breaks the application. See below. It prevents non Samsung PC's from running the App. This is a very poor move on Samsung's part. I'm certainly not going to scrap a powerful Dell workstation for a Samsung product.

Seriously, how backward and hostile against their own customers can a company be? Artificially locking out their customers from simple apps. 
I find this an absolute shameful and appalling strategy.
I have a Fold 4 and a S8+... I will simply not buy Samsung anymore. 
This is how you jade away your customers. And don't tell me the nonsense with "you could use the Onenote app"...
Disgusting company strategy. My last samsung devices.
