Hi,
1. Is it possible to highlight text and make a note associated with it? For example, highlighting a written number and when you click on it, it opens a smaller note where you can write extra stuff like the calculations. It's similar to the commenting feature on Google Docs but with handwritten notes.
2. Often times I need a perfect circle with a certain radius centered at a specific point. The current Shapes tool doesn't make an exact circle, I think, and it's also difficult to center it. Additionally, trying to expand the circle is troublesome. Would it be possible to drag and drop perfect shapes and drag them out to desired size?
3. Finally, similar to commenting, can we add hyperlinks to selected writing? For example, select written text and create a hyperlink associated with it so when you tap the writing it opens the link. Similarly, do the same but with other notes so when you tap it, it leads you to another Samsung Notes. It'll be really helpful for school where some concepts are paired with websites.
Lastly, the ability to preview text while moving it would be nice.

Seems to be taking a long time for this to be addressed. Has there been a solution? Where would I find it?
