Samsung Notes App not syncing correctly with its Windows version

Notes Version 4.0.06.5 is not correctly syncing with my NOTES for Windows Version. 
Especially when a note contains mixed elements of pictures, typed text and handwritten elements.
The Notes Windows Version is Version 4.1.11.0, also sometimes the Windows Version
crashes.

Does anybody experience any of these effects or something similar?

having the same problem. Samsung notes chrashes everytime I try to sync.
