Samsung Note app

Good evening.

I found in Samsung Note  a new strange note that I did not created. it starts by " id {" with a series of numbers. I am wondering if my phone my have been hacked or spy.

I suspect it happened after I was proposed to convert some old notes into the new format by Note application.

By any chance does any body have an explanation for this new note.

I had a similar note on mine, haven't got a clue what it is.
