Samsung music - downloading track names etc

Hi. I'm just starting to use my Samsung mobile as a music player. I've ripped a cd on my pc using Windows Media and downloaded the track names and album artwork. But when I transferred the music to the phone and looked at the music app, the tracks have no names and album cover is not there. Does anyone please know how I can rectify this? Many thanks. Hi again. I seem to have stumbled on a solution. I made a couple of changes in Organise>Options>Library on Windows Media Player, then deleted the folder from the phone and resynced it while the computer was online. Either or both of those things seem to have done the trick. Thank you very much for your time.

Unfortunately, all data shows on the computer when I click on the phone, but still doesn't show on the phone itself  😞
