I have just recently upgraded to a Galaxy S10+ and have installed the Samsung Members app, but I am unable to open it. I am getting the following error message "Notification - Samsung Members isn't supported in this country. Samsung will try to provide it in more countries." I am located in the UK and Samsung members app is supported in the UK and has always worked on my previous Samsung Galaxy phone. My phone was supplied new in the UK by my mobile provider BT. I am not running any VPN software. The phone is definitely a UK model. I have tried re-installing, clearing cache etc but same error. Can anyone help me to get my members app to work as I am in the UK and I would really like to use it. thanks
