Mobile Apps & ServicesHi all, my Samsung Members keep showing "Log in with Samsung account to enjoy all your benefits" after tapping on benefits. I am sure that I have signed in my Samsung member, I am able to view my info in "My page" tab.
I have this issue since my last phone (Note 9) and on my latest phone (S20+). I have sign out and sign in, clear app's cache, restart for multiple times. I am certain that something is wrong with my account.
Does anyone have this issue? Is there any way to resolve it other than trying with a new account (haven't tried)? I have been using this account for years, having my backup and Samsung Pay points with it.
Note: This account was created from diff country years back, but in "My Profile" right now, the country is showed as my current residing country.
