The address associated with my account on the Samsung Members App when entering competitions is incorrect?
Is there any way to change this?
Heard nothing from them about this. I did get an email from them today as it's been a month since I bought my S20+. In it they say to make sure that my details are up to date and that I can do this "in the Members app by selecting Menu > Settings > Samsung account > My information > Edit". The problem with following this to the letter is that my Members app says Personal info rather than My information, so it appears that Samsung isn't checking whether their instructions are correct before posting them.
