Samsung members app not downloadable

i have a samsung s22 ultra updated to android 13 and UI 5.0. I deleted the Samsung members app by accident and when I tried re downloading it it says that my device isn't compatible how do I fix this issue?

It's a Google play store issue, like what the previous message says to try to download it from the Samsung Galaxy Store instead.
