have you checked for app updates in the galaxy store recently? also make sure the phone itself and all google play sourced services and apps are updated too

I check any new updates daily and every thing is up to date

No solution tell now and I try to inter recovery mode to clear cache but also the phone can't inter recovery mode

Tell now weather app not working

And cannot be updated and cannot be uninstalled it's version is 1.6.41.24

Give error (the service in not available now try again later)

And cannot detect location

And cannot updated,!!!!!!!

That's why then, phones meant for other countries have certain restrictions when used anywhere else. Use a third-party weather app instead and as for Members App carry on using the web browser to access the community section.

I bring my phone from S Korea because snapdragon version and i am free to do what i want if u have a correct answer and problem solution  its ok .if u don't have idea about this issue .also no problem and many thanks
