Why does Samsung Members app work like this?
When I go into " Activity" to see questions that agents have answered to and press the back/return button, it just goes back to the " Notices" and " Activity " . But when I do the same thing and press Navigate up button it takes me to the " Feedback "menu where I can see the answered and unanswered messages: all messages. Why?
Wouldn't it be easier if you've added a third category '' All messages " or "Feedback" instead of just '' Notices and Activity ''?
This is a hidden menu that is hard to discover if you use the back/return button on the navigation bar...
