It appears that the December 2020 update of the Samsung mail app isn't allowing new accounts to be added from Microsoft 365. It gives security error and says that you have to have an admin login. I was able to bypass this by clicking manual setup and then using default settings to get into the account. The issue is now it won't send emails and gives the "Unable to send email: Update security setting to use ...." message. I was able to verify the issue was with the mail app by reverting to the older version and it worked like it used to. Only when the app updated did this issue start.
Anyone have any ideas?
****Note: I'm an IT tech and we had two new Samsung phones deployed yesterday and both had this issue.
