Samsung Internet - crap

 Does anyone has the same problem with Samsung Internet or Chrome,  when you open the browser you'll get the last page you've visit? None of this homepage  stuff working and the only browser where you can start fresh every time is Microsoft Edge. This simple homepage feature is working fine on my 20 years old computer, and yet samsung poorly trained  developers cannot make a browser where you can start fresh every time or have your own homepage of choice

the problem is " only". I don't want new tab, I just want to show my homepage every time I open the browser and not the last page I visit but you cannot get this in 2021 with *****s developers. So if you understand how a homepage should work, don't give me this stupid replay with " new tab"
