Try clearing the cache partition on the phone and see if that works. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition (device name)' and you should find what you are looking for 😎. Hope this helps! 😀

Unfortunately that didn't do it I had to delete samsung health app and it's now fully working again 👍🏻
