Samsung health zflip 4

Does anybody know if samsung health works on the z4 flip ? I have it installed but does not seem to be working ? Thanks

@roxi666, There shouldn't be any problem with Samsung Health on this phone. What exactly is the problem ?

Nothing works on it ? Not counting steps , no option to check heart rate . Nothing at all working?

It's not doing anything, the stuff recorded on there is what has come over from mynold phone the other week ?

@roxi666: Try heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Permissions, and allow 'Physical activity' and 'Body sensors' to see if this helps.

It is now counting my steps , but the heart rate monitor still not working or anything else ?

You will need a smart watch to monitor your heart rate.

? It was on my s10 tho and previous devices ? Have they not included on this device ?

The s10 series was the last phone to have the heart rate sensor 😞. Had to get people buying there smart watches I guess.
